Colette Stallbaumer is an author and business leader who has spent the past 20+ years working at the epicenter of some of the biggest technology paradigm shifts—from cloud computing to remote and hybrid work, to AI. She spent the past decade shaping Microsoft’s corporate culture, communications, and reputation as a leading company in the world of work. A self-described "words person" and the oldest of six, Colette grew up on a farm just outside of Oconto, Nebraska. She lives in Bellevue, Washington and is a mom to two amazing teenagers. When she's not writing or helping people stop waiting and start leading with AI in work and business, she enjoys skiing, traveling, and championing literacy and women and girls in tech.
