Randy Schaffer, a criminal defense lawyer
in Houston, Texas, graduated at the top of
his class from the University of Texas Law
School in 1973. He has tried cases in state
and federal courts throughout Texas. He was
named the Outstanding Criminal Defense
Lawyer of 1989 by the State Bar of Texas
following his representation of Randall Dale
Adams, the wrongly convicted death row
