Dominic Hardy is an art historian and visual artist living and working in Montreal. Specializing in the history of caricature and graphic satire, Dominic leads research projects on Quebec political cartooning (1759-present) and has also contributed chapters to The Efflorescence of Caricature (Todd Porterfield, ed., Ashgate 2010) and Hogarth's Legacy (Cynthia Roman, ed. Yale University Press 2016). Dominic is co-editor of Sketches from an Unquiet Country : Canadian Graphic Satire 1840-1940 (McGill-Queen's, 2018) and L'image railleuse. La satire visuelle du 18e siècle à nos jours (Institut national d'histoire de l'art/OpenEdition Books, 2019).
