Adam Smith

Adam A. Smith is a first-generation college graduate who was born and raised in the Twin Cities of Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota. After several failed attempts at college, strictly as a football player, Adam found his niche’ studying to be a pastor at Concordia University in Mequon, Wisconsin. Upon earning his degree, Adam began what became a life-long “ministry” dedicated to service, justice and success of every American. He has worked in various leadership roles at universities in Illinois, Minnesota, Tennessee, Alabama, Ohio and Kentucky at national non-profits and served as the City of Rockford, Illinois’ first “Education Czar”. Adam is represented by the Institute of Democratic Education and Culture, SpeakOut, the nation’s only non-profit social justice speaker’s agency. Adam and his family have a vibrant educational consulting firm, Smith Education Associates, LLC. He and his wife, Linda, a life-long educator, are proud parents to three adult children, all of whom work in K-12 education or at universities and four perfect grandchildren.
