Fabrizio Monaco

The author (Rome, 1971) is a labor economist, trainer, and writer. An expert in industrial relations and workplace safety, he currently holds important representative positions at a leading national trade Organization. He has also advanced his academic knowledge of social, dynamic, and work psychology. He defines himself as a "defender" of liberal, pragmatic, and reformist thought, which is so threatened today, not only in politics, by prevailing sovereignism and populism and a general cultural "regression."
