After more than four decades in business and technology, I’ve learned that success rarely happens overnight — but it always happens in sequence.
From a middle-class upbringing in Sri Lanka to building global technology ventures across Australia and beyond, my journey has been defined by one constant: the belief that tiny, consistent steps in the right direction can transform entire industries — and lives.
I began my entrepreneurial path long before “digital transformation” was a buzzword. Over the years, I’ve helped hundreds of SMEs embrace technology, re-engineer their workflows, and discover the confidence to compete in a connected world. That work led to the founding of i4T Global, a PropTech and Field Service Management ecosystem designed to bring trust, transparency, and efficiency to the property maintenance industry — values that mirror how I believe technology should serve humanity.
In 2015, I wrote Think Digital – The Ultimate Transformation Guide for Businesses to help small-to-medium enterprises understand the digital revolution. A decade later, the world has moved faster than anyone imagined. Artificial Intelligence has changed how we think, work, and even dream. So I returned to the page — not to rewrite history, but to rewire how we look at the future.
My new book, Think Digital – Rewired for the AI Age, is a friendly roadmap for anyone feeling curious, confused, or cautious about AI. It’s written for everyday professionals, startup founders, educators, and lifelong learners who want to move from curiosity → awareness → practical use → confidence → mastery.
It’s not a technical manual — it’s a human story about adapting, learning, and leading in times of change.
At its heart, this book is about trust: trusting yourself to evolve, trusting technology to assist (not replace) you, and trusting the process of growth — one small step at a time.
When I’m not writing or mentoring business leaders, you’ll often find me travelling, sharing insights at community events, or spending time with my family — the foundation that keeps my purpose grounded and my vision clear.
I hope this book helps you discover what I did: that the future isn’t something we wait for — it’s something we build, together.
