Jodi is a graduate of the University of Phoenix and the Community College of Allegheny County, where she earned degrees in Psychology and Human Service Management. She is also a certified life and recovery coach. With nearly twenty years of experience in direct patient care and operational management within the behavioral healthcare field, Jodi has dedicated her career to helping individuals and families affected by addiction.

Her passion for understanding and treating addiction began early in her career and continues to guide her work today. Jodi’s professional journey and personal experiences have shaped her into a compassionate and knowledgeable advocate for those seeking recovery. She has provided care and guidance in both inpatient and outpatient settings, earning recognition as a trusted voice in the field of behavioral health.

In collaboration with respected media organizations, Jodi has contributed to documentaries that explore how addiction impacts families and communities across the United States. She has also served in leadership roles including Senior Executive Director of Operations, National Integration of Administration, Learning Transformation Expert, and Physician Service Manager within the mental health and substance abuse field.

As the founder and CEO of Virtual Hope, Jodi continues to empower individuals, families, and professionals through education, understanding, and compassionate support for those facing the challenges of addiction.
