Born and raised in Baltimore, Mary Lynch has spent over 28 years helping families navigate life transitions as a top-producing real estate agent, Certified Senior Advisor (CSA), and Senior Home Coach™. As Founder and Chair of the National Aging in Place Council–Greater Baltimore, she leads a dynamic speaker series connecting professionals and families on all things longevity and aging well. Inspired by her caregiving journey with her beloved grandfather, Mary discovered her true calling—helping others prepare, plan, and thrive at every stage of life. Writing this book was a deeply cathartic experience and an honor to collaborate with such extraordinary authors. Through the process, Mary realized just how many caregivers share the same challenges, emotions, and triumphs. She hopes readers find comfort, strength, and community in these shared stories.
