Pernille Spiers-Lopez spent 21 years with IKEA, serving as CEO & President of IKEA North America and a member of the IKEA Group Executive Management Team. She led the company’s fastest expansion, growing from 23 to 50 stores, and later became Global HR Manager for 135,000 employees worldwide.
