Samir Mokashi

Samir Mokashi, CEPAŽ M.Arch. Ar. left Mumbai, India, and arrived in Eugene, Oregon, in the late 1980's to pursue Master of Architecture at University of Oregon. Over the next 15 years he became semiconductor FAB building code expert, which led to him and his wife founding Code Unlimited a building code consulting firm. That venture was extremely successful and was sold to a global giant in 2022. Since then, he has been involved in multiple ventures including, TiMoLi Foods, a fusion sauce brand, and Business Millionaire Club, a business growth and exit planning consultancy. His experience as an entrepreneur and C-suite executive, and his ability to bridge technical mastery with strategic vision has made him a trusted voice in industries where precision and profitability go hand in hand. It has also made him a sought-after strategist for entrepreneurs ready to think bigger and build smarter.
