Kathy Foley

Kathy Foley is an author, speaker, and digital creator passionate about using technology to create value online and help others learn new skills. A grateful believer in Jesus Christ with more than two decades of recovery, she shares a message of faith, hope, and restoration.

As co-author of Pieces in the Storm: Freedom, Faith, and Forgiveness, Kathy tells her journey through addiction, marriage struggles, loss, healing, grace, and redemption. She believes no life is too broken for God to restore.

Kathy loves combining creativity, writing, and technology to build online communities, share helpful resources, and encourage people who feel overwhelmed or alone. She especially enjoys helping others gain confidence with technology and discover new ways to connect and grow.

Together with her husband, Jeff, she founded Follow the Foleys to share their story and point others toward hope and freedom through Jesus Christ. They live in Northern California.
