Rita Heap

Rita Heap immigrated to Canada from Italy aboard the Andrea Doria and later moved with her family to the United States.

Her spiritual journey began early in life—rooted in Christianity and gradually expanding into Eastern religious philosophies.

As a young woman, Rita pursued a career as a textile designer. She later settled in Kentucky, where she lived for several years with her husband and their two children before returning to the East Coast. After the passing of her husband, Rita was drawn more deeply into her spiritual practice.

She has studied holistic healing with renowned teachers including Philomena Dooley, Mary Burmeister, Jed Schwartz, and Ron Wilding. Rita has taught meditation and shared her healing practice across the United States, Europe, Australia, and the Middle East.
