Luci Harrison is a midlife women’s wellness coach, educator, Pilates studio founder, and author dedicated to helping women thrive through perimenopause, menopause, and beyond. With more than fifteen years of experience in movement, nutrition, and holistic lifestyle coaching, Luci blends science-based strategies with lived wisdom, compassion, and real-world tools.
Luci holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts, a Diploma in Nutrition Science, and advanced certifications in personal training, Pilates, and holistic lifestyle coaching. She is the founder and director of Balance Bloom Pilates in Parnell, New Zealand, and the creator of transformative online programs supporting women through midlife transitions.
After overcoming chronic fatigue, hypothyroidism, burnout, and her own rollercoaster perimenopause journey, Luci rebuilt her energy and strength through nutrition, strength training, mindfulness, restorative daily rhythms, and moments of deep stillness that supported nervous-system reset and renewal. Through endless study, continued professional development, and lived experience, she has developed a deeply informed and compassionate approach to supporting women at midlife. In her fifties, she feels stronger, healthier, and more grounded than ever and is passionate about helping women experience the same renewal.
In her work and writing, Luci combines current research with approachable guidance and lived experience. Her philosophy centers on nourishment that fuels the body, Pilates and strength training, mindfulness, nervous-system balance, and self-compassion, supporting women to reclaim vitality, confidence, and joy in midlife.
When she is not coaching or writing, you’ll find Luci walking in nature with her dog Baxter, painting, teaching Pilates, or energizing women through community, creativity, and connection.
