LingYi Chang (Ling) is a technologist, entrepreneur, and thought leader in AI innovation and the future of work. With over 15 years in the IT industry—and a decade leading AI and machine learning initiatives at Microsoft and AWS—she has helped organizations across Asia-Pacific transform complex technology into real business impact.

As co-founder and Chief Product Officer of illumi, an AI-native collaboration platform, Ling empowers teams to co-create knowledge and build better together with AI. A frequent speaker at events from Nvidia, INSEAD, UBS and more, she advocates for transparent, human-centered AI that accelerates learning and collaboration.
