Aurora S.

Aurora S. is a motivational coach and author who writes for women ready to stop stepping aside and finally choose themselves.

With a sincere, intense and deeply empathetic voice, she guides women through the most courageous and transformative journey of all: the journey back to their own truth.

After years spent caring for—and above all listening to—stories of wounds and rebirth within psychoanalytic settings, Aurora came to understand how too many lives are consumed by the need to be accepted rather than authentic, and how healing can only begin when one learns to remain faithful to oneself.

From this deep listening her writing is born: words that become mirrors, wounds that turn into strength, and confessions that open the way to renewal.

Her book First You, Then the Rest brings together 120 sessions of uncomfortable truths, inspired by real therapeutic paths, designed to shake, awaken and remind every reader that choosing oneself is not selfishness, but freedom.

With a direct, authentic and profoundly human style, Aurora S. offers a form of therapeutic writing that touches, awakens and supports those who are ready to begin again—starting from themselves.
