Jordan Campbell

Jordan Campbell is a writer, radio presenter, and children’s author from Northern Ireland whose work centres on neurodiversity, motherhood, and the messy, beautiful reality of being human. A solo mum with ADHD and autism, Jordan rebuilt her life from homelessness and trauma into a creative career spanning radio, TikTok storytelling, and mental health advocacy.

Her debut picture book, My Mum Has ADHD, was born from her own journey navigating parenting while undiagnosed: the chaos, the guilt, the love, and the deep desire to communicate honestly with her child. Jordan’s writing style is raw, relatable, and emotionally disarming, shaped by the same voice that resonated with readers in her ADDitude Magazine essay on ADHD identity.

When she’s not writing, Jordan hosts a weekday radio show on Blast 106, creates online content for her growing TikTok community (@jordansworrld), and speaks publicly about neurodivergent motherhood and self-acceptance. She is passionate about helping families understand one another better through storytelling, emotional education, and humour.

Jordan lives on the Northern Irish coast with her son, dog, cat, and an ever-growing collection of creative hobbies, half-finished coffees, and ideas scribbled across notebooks.

'...I wrote this book because I didn’t want my son to grow up confused about my ADHD. I wanted him to understand my moods, my overwhelm, my messiness, and my heart. Most importantly: I wanted him to know it was never his fault.

If this book helps your family feel seen, understood, or less alone, then every late night writing was worth it. It is sent as a hug from one mum to another.'
