Randall Foreman is an ordained Elder and a passionate marriage mentor with decades of experience walking alongside couples in the church. Known for his practical, Spirit-led wisdom and down-to-earth teaching, he speaks candidly about the joys and struggles of building a lasting marriage.

He is the author of Know Your Mate & Enjoy Marriage, a modern guide rooted in timeless principles and spiritual truth. The book's second edition is the fruit of years of reflection, real-life ministry, and a heart to see marriages restored by God's grace.

Alongside his wife, Pearline, Randall continues to counsel, encourage, and invest in couples who desire to honour God in their relationships. His mission is to equip couples to move beyond surviving and into the fulfilling, purposeful union they were designed for.
