Natalie Crittendon, M.Ed., brings more than 30 years of experience in education to her work as an author, trainer, and educational consultant. A lifelong educator, she has served in multiple roles across the K–12 landscape, including Teacher, Instructional Coach, Project-Based Learning Coach, Assistant Principal, and Principal. As a School Improvement Principal, she has led campuses through transformative change, strengthening instructional systems and helping schools reach higher levels of academic success.
A native of Dallas, Texas, Natalie is passionate about serving diverse learners and supporting the educators who teach them. Her career is marked by a commitment to innovative practices, authentic learning experiences, and empowering teachers with practical tools they can use immediately.
Today, Natalie uses her extensive background to write resources that focus on literacy, instructional best practices, leadership development, and effective school improvement strategies.
