Rong Pham

Rong Pham is an award-winning children’s book illustrator based in Vietnam with over a decade of professional experience. His creative work focuses on storytelling that explores environmental themes, nature, and the rich emotional worlds of children.

While highly proficient in digital illustration, Rong's artistic practice is deeply enriched by his background in traditional fine arts - holding a BFA in Sơn mài (traditional Vietnamese lacquer painting). He continuously experiments with diverse mediums, seamlessly blending traditional techniques and modern visual storytelling.

Over the course of his career, Rong has collaborated with prominent domestic and international authors and publishers. Notably, the book he co-illustrated, Inside the Compost Bin, was honored with the prestigious 2024 Riverby Award for excellence in natural history books for young readers.
