She is the creator of the acclaimed Loyalty Ain’t Love trilogy — a gripping saga of betrayal, loyalty, revenge, and transformation — as well as the explosive standalone novel Trap Queen Confidential, which explores the realities of addiction, manipulation, survival, and the long road to healing. Her work is celebrated for its vivid realism, intense emotional depth, and strong, complex Black women at the center of every story.

A graduate of Chicago State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in African American Studies, Kimberly brings cultural insight, lived experience, and a deep love for storytelling into every project. Outside of writing, she enjoys reading, creating digital content, supporting the arts, and spending time with her family. She is also the founder of Steele Ink Publishing, her independent imprint committed to elevating raw, powerful urban fiction.
