Bluma Sapir

Dr. Bluma Sapir is a distinguished clinical psychologist with over 20 years of experience in Individual and Pair Therapy (with couples, adult siblings, parent–adult child relationships, and co-workers). Known for her transformative approach, she fosters a safe and supportive environment to explore personal narratives, cultivate self-acceptance, encourage emotional growth, and build authentic, meaningful connections.

A pioneer in adult sibling healing, Dr. Sapir partnered with her sister, Jessica Marriott, to co-author and co-create a methodology for transforming sibling relationships and co-produced the acclaimed documentary Roots Tour: A Sibling’s Journey from Hatred to Harmony.

Dr. Sapir earned her M.A. and Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology–AIU and holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology and Spanish from the University of New Mexico. She has extensive training in couples therapy, trauma, identity development, parenting, adult sibling relationships, and multicultural counseling. A sought-after speaker, educator, and curriculum developer, she leads workshops, lectures, and online courses that inspire healing and growth.
