PATRICK NEUDOFER

Patrick Neudorfer born 1983 is an architect, entrepreneur, business adviser, and change-maker. He has always been drawn to change, not out of desire to stem the tide, but driven to make sense of it, connect the dots, and guide through uncertainty with passion, clarity, and poise.

His career began as an architect, with professional experience in Austria, China, and now Switzerland. Over the years, Patrick has spearheaded numerous large and complex construction projects, skilfully aligning diverse interests and navigating complexity with steadiness. He quickly realised that every building project, at its core, is a change project. That’s why he believes real progress doesn’t stem from rigid plans, but flows from deep listening, alignment, and empathetic leadership. His strength lies in reading the room, understanding the needs, and helping teams move forward, together.

But his work didn’t stop at commercial real estate. These same strengths became invaluable when he played the leading role in a business transformation. Starting as an employee and eventually becoming successor and co-owner of the employee-owned cooperative waldner partner in 2020.

This unique journey of transformation was recognised by the Swiss HR Award 2022 in the category Culture & Change. It revealed something greater than Patrick had imagined. Inspired by this experience and leveraging his deeper understanding of leadership, ownership, and legacy, Patrick developed the Successful Successor System.
