T.D. Stephens

T.D. Stephens is the author of the Riley Beck series and the Silver Creek Collection — two parallel series exploring preparedness, resilience, and community through both fiction and practical nonfiction.

Her debut novel, Riley Beck: When Money Stops, follows a neurodivergent woman navigating a small Pacific Northwest town when the financial system begins to fail. It is the first book in a five-book fiction series set in Silver Creek, Washington.

Her nonfiction work began with Bartering: The Forgotten Trade, the first installment of the Silver Creek Collection — a companion series of practical guides designed to help everyday people build real-world skills before they need them.

T.D. has lived coast to coast across the U.S. and abroad, and brings a lifelong background in entrepreneurship, problem-solving, and self-reliance to everything she writes. She believes practical knowledge is one of the greatest tools a person can carry — and that fiction is one of the most powerful ways to pass it on.

She is currently at work on Book Two of the Riley Beck series.

When she's not writing, she's making art, learning new skills, and planning her next move toward the land and life she's building.
