Frank Muller

Mr. Frank Muller has spent 40 years as a government contractor starting in 1985 as an employee of SDSUF (San Diego State Foundation) supporting then Naval Ocean Systems Center (NOSC). Not long after starting at work NOSC, he finished his Bachelor degree in Mathematics (Emphasis in Statistics) at San Diego State University (SDSU) in 1986. While working full time, he pursued his Masters in Computer Science and received his M.S. degree in 1993. During his career Frank has worked with numerous DoD customers to include the those in the Navy, USMC, Army and Air Force as well as DARPA, DISA and Office of Naval Research, and other agencies in projects ranging from Basic Research to Systems Delivery in the areas of Cybersecurity, Test and Evaluation, Program Management and Systems Engineering. Mr. Muller has been a supporter of AFCEA, WID as well as served multiple years on the NDIA board of directors. He has been the Chairman of the Navy Gold Coast Small Business Expo for over 10 years. He currently works for Beyond Ordinary Software Solutions in the role of Government Operations Director where he has worked on both Commercial and Government projects for over four years.
