I am a strategic Product Executive and author with over 25 years of global experience driving innovation across the technology and telecommunications sectors. Based in the Seattle area, my career is defined by the intersection of deep technical expertise and high-stakes execution in Cloud Computing, AI/Generative AI, Data Analytics, and Autonomous Systems (UAVs).

My primary mission is to architect next-generation solutions for Contact Centers (CCaaS) and Unified Communications (UCaaS) by augmenting core cloud functionality with Conversational AI.

I have been privileged to lead the launch of several industry-defining products for world-class brands, including:

Google: Conversational AI, Contact Center AI (CCAI), and CXaaS.

Microsoft: Microsoft Copilot, Teams (and its predecessors Skype for Business/Lync), Office 365 Services, and Azure Core Compute Services.

Cisco: Webex Contact Center and Splunk Analytics-as-a-Service.

AWS & VMware: Core Cloud Compute Services and AI infrastructure.

Vonage: Core CPaaS and Augmented AI Services.

Beyond the boardroom, I am a prolific author with 12 book projects exploring the evolution of business and technology. My perspective as a global speaker is shaped by years spent living and working in the tech hubs of the United States, Singapore, and Hong Kong.

I hold a double Master’s Degree in Strategic Management from the University of Austria and the University of Westminster (UK), as well as a Business Degree for AI and Machine Learning from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

On a personal note, I am a lifelong learner with a relentless curiosity for creative projects. When I am not building technology, I enjoy spending time with my family, playing music, photography, drone videography, and practicing martial arts—a discipline I have dedicated myself to for many years.
