Ken Webb

Ken Webb is a retired United States Army Reserve officer whose thirty-three years of service included eighteen years on active duty through multiple mobilizations and missions. He also retired from American Airlines after twenty-two years and spent seven months as an intelligence contractor with the Department of Defense. With those chapters of his life complete, he has fully shifted his focus to authorship.

His debut novel, Trapped in Deception, represents two years of disciplined work. The writing process endured a seven-month pause during the illness and passing of both his mother and his uncle in the United States, as well as the responsibilities that followed. Even through those personal challenges, Ken remained committed to finishing the story. The novel reflects his real-world experience and his interest in the complex motives that shape human behavior.

Now based in Miraflores, Peru, Ken is dedicated to developing his crime thriller series. Beyond writing, he continues advancing his Spanish studies, researches real-world locations for future books, and reads extensively to refine his craft.

He also plans to pursue his doctorate in Intelligence Studies online from Peru through American Military University, beginning in 2027.
