Deirdre Williams

Dr. Deirdre Williams is a school transformation leader who has spent her career helping campuses move from struggle to success. She has prepared aspiring principals across 28 school districts in a Houston Harris County alternative certification program and continues to develop future school leaders in principal certification programs throughout Texas. As founder of U-Bridge Project Consulting, she partners with schools, districts, and organizations to design practical, equity-driven leadership solutions that improve teaching, learning, and culture. Her work centers on one belief: when leaders grow, schools change—and students win.
