Jonathan V Williams

Jonathan was born in Pennsylvania in 1970. In 1972, he was adopted by a loving couple, Lowell and Sarah Williams. At the age of 4, he was diagnosed with Leukemia and spent the next 8 years battling the disease. This same struggle during his formative years is what made Jonathan who he is today. A man who values Faith, Family, and Country before all else. After high school, Jonathan attended Penn State University and earned his degree in Food & Hospitality Management. He spent 25 years devoted to the hospitality industry. Later, he worked for the Department of Defense and the private security industry. In 2006, Jonathan met his wife Beth, a Colorado native. The two were married in late 2007. In 2009, during a 2,300-mile road trip to move his sister across the country, Jonathan began writing down ideas for a book. Now, in late 2025, nearly 17 years later, after countless rewrites and edits, with a final nod of approval, here are the results – bon appetite!
