Matt Hansen is a storyteller, illustrator, musician, and martial artist who draws from the heart and humor of everyday life.

Goose the Dog is his debut children’s book, written and illustrated with love for his family—and for Goose, the real-life Dachshund who inspired the character. Matt lives in South Dakota with his wife, two children, a cool black cat, and a very good Siberian Husky!
