Aurélien Alerini

Inspired by the worlds of Asimov, Tolkien, Moorcock, Philip K. Dick, Fredric Brown, and van Vogt, Aurélien Alerini draws equally from science fiction and fantasy to fuel his imagination. This influence extends into role-playing game culture, from RuneQuest to Cyberpunk. He has developed a demanding style of writing focused on world-building and a reflection on the human condition.

Together with Laurent Rambour, he co-authored the role-playing game Valérian for Les Éditions du Troisième Œil, an adaptation of the cult comic series by Mézières and Christin.

A philosopher grounded in real-world practice, Aurélien also works as a narrative and game designer, contributing to the creation of interactive experiences that combine knowledge transmission with immersive gameplay.
