Deborah Sopher

For three decades, Deborah Sopher has been trusted to guide individuals, physicians, and business owners through life’s most important financial decisions. Her passion for financial planning began over 30 years ago, working closely with community hospitals and medical group. That early exposure shaped her deep understanding of complex organizations—and the people who run them.

Through years of advising professionals, Deborah discovered a calling: building a financial planning practice dedicated to entreprenuer medical professionals and business owners. Armed with extensive industry experience and a client-first philosophy, she founded Strategic Financial Services, a locally based, independent financial planning firm.

Today, as Founder and Owner of Strategic Financial Services, Deborah delivers comprehensive financial planning for individuals, couples, and small business owners. As a business owner herself, she brings an analytical, real-world perspective—understanding firsthand the challenges faced by owners, employees, and families alike. Above all, Deborah is unwavering in her fiduciary commitment, providing advice that is guided solely by what is in her clients’ best interests.

Deeply engaged in her community, Deborah serves as a Board Member of Jewish Family Service and has held leadership roles including Past President and Board Member of Jewish Federation Business. She is also a member of the Professional Women’s Organization and a past Board Member of The River, today she sits on the board of Joan and Stanford Alexander Jewish Family Services.

Deborah holds a B.S. in Psychology and Marketing from the University of Florida. Her greatest pride is her two children: Sarah (30), a Biomedical Engineer who is now a Civil engineer working for the city of Aspen , and Noah (19), who is studying Marine Biology at the University of Hawaii in Kona following a year of study and travel throughout Israel, Egypt, Australia, and New Zealand. Outside of her practice, Deborah enjoys hiking, biking, and exploring the world—especially alongside her children.
