Subodh Kumar

Subodh Kumar is the Founder and CEO of Brisk AI, where he helps organizations turn their AI mandate into real business value. He is a Harvard Business School alumnus and a graduate of IIT Bombay, and he has spent two decades working where strategy and technology meet.

Before founding Brisk AI, Subodh worked across global companies including Dell, BP, Shell, and McKinsey, in roles spanning strategy, transformation, and consulting. At Dell, he built and led data science teams that put machine learning at the center of real business decisions, shaping product and go-to-market strategy. That blend of enterprise strategy and hands-on AI work gave him a rare view of how change actually happens inside large organizations, and where it quietly stalls.

Today he advises business leaders on enterprise AI transformation and operating model design. His frameworks, SPOT and SCALE, come straight from that work, helping leadership teams move from scattered AI experiments to adoption that scales.

Subodh believes AI transformation is a leadership challenge, not an IT project. The leaders who thrive are not the ones who understand the technology first - they are the ones who ask better questions about where it creates real value.
