I am an author and visual artist who believes that creativity, beauty, well-being, and personal growth can accompany us throughout every stage of life.
Long before I began publishing books, art was already an important part of my journey. As a contemporary artist, painting gave me a way to express emotions, ideas, beauty, and the way I see the world. Today, writing has become another form of that same desire to create and share.
After the age of fifty, I chose to embrace this stage of life with curiosity, femininity, authenticity, and the determination to continue learning and discovering new things. This philosophy is at the heart of much of what I write.
Throughout my life, I have explored many different interests and practices, including beauty and personal style, Crystal Therapy, Reiki, breathing techniques, independent living, and personal well-being. Some came through dedicated training, others through personal study, practice, experience, and simple curiosity — but each became part of my own journey.
This is also why my books do not belong to just one subject.
I believe that the experiences and knowledge we gather throughout life become even more meaningful when we share them with others. Through my books, I want to share what I have lived, learned, practiced, and discovered in a clear, thoughtful, and accessible way, with the hope that something from my experience may be useful or inspiring to someone else.
Where appropriate, I also believe in distinguishing personal experience and traditional practices from established research, so that readers can explore, reflect, and form their own understanding.
For me, painting and writing are part of the same creative journey. One allows me to communicate through images; the other through words.
Every book I publish represents another piece of a life spent learning, creating, experimenting, and growing. My hope is that these books can encourage others to remain curious, care for themselves, discover new possibilities, and remember that it is never too late to begin something new.
“I believe it is never too late to learn, to grow, to create, and to share what life has taught us.”
