Phyllis Harrington

Phyllis Harrington is a minister, author, educator, child advocate, and founder of Break the Silence Speak Out America, an organization dedicated to preventing child abuse, promoting child safety, and empowering individuals through education and awareness.

Driven by a passion for protecting children and strengthening families, Phyllis has developed educational curricula and written books that teach personal safety, healthy boundaries, self-worth, prevention, and empowerment. Her Safe & Strong series provides age-appropriate resources for children, parents, educators, churches, and community organizations seeking to create safer environments and meaningful conversations about safety and prevention.

Phyllis holds a bachelor's degree and a master's degree and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Christian Education and Leadership. Through her ministry, advocacy, and writing, she is committed to helping children and families gain the knowledge, confidence, and support they need to thrive.

Her mission is simple: educate, empower, protect, and inspire.
