Craig Alexander Rattray is a seasoned Finance Director, Chief Financial Officer and Entrepreneur with more than thirty years of strategic finance experience. Craig has raised capital, transformed profits, and built value for companies across multiple industries.

After decades advising private equity firms, high‑growth businesses, and stressed‑out owners, he learned the truth most never face: working harder isn’t the answer. Today, through his Know Your Numbers programme and The Freedom Circle groups, he helps business owners master their finances, reclaim their time, and build companies that work without them, whilst building a life of freedom.
