JOHN WOOLWINE

John A. Woolwine is a follower of Jesus Christ whose life stands as a testimony to God’s transforming grace. Though raised around church and actively involved in Christian ministry for many years, he later came to understand that religious activity and biblical familiarity are no substitute for regenerating faith in Christ.

Through the convicting and life-giving work of the Holy Spirit, God brought him from spiritual death to new life in Christ. His assurance now rests not in experience or performance, but in the finished work of Jesus alone.

John writes with a pastoral heart shaped by Scripture, repentance, and grace, with a burden to help others understand the true message of salvation, avoid false assurance, and rest confidently in Christ.

He is the author of From Death to Life: A Biblical Guide to True Salvation (Second Edition), written to point readers to the life-transforming gospel as Scripture presents it—unchanged, undiluted, and centered on Christ.

John lives in Ohio with his wife, Edna, and is grateful for their children and grandchildren, for whom this work was prayerfully written.
