Jym Beausoleil

Jym Beausoleil is a Franco-Acadian writer from the St. John Valley of northern Maine — a border country where two languages, two nations, and two centuries of Acadian memory share the same river. His ancestors farmed this land before the deportations, and that history of displacement, resilience, and quiet endurance runs through everything he writes.

His fiction traces the wounds that travel across lifetimes: queer love shaped by silence, attachment tested by distance, and the slow work of becoming whole.

His Samsara Chronicles span three genres — past-life romance, literary fiction, and hybrid memoir — unified by a single question: what does the soul carry forward when a life ends before it is finished?

Each book has a companion soundtrack, written to be listened to while reading, available on Bandcamp.

He lives and writes in Van Buren, Maine.
