Chantell Manahan

Dr. Chantell Manahan is a nationally recognized education leader, author, speaker, and systems-level strategist with nearly two decades of experience in K–12 education. She currently serves in a district technology leadership role, where her work spans instructional innovation, cybersecurity, data governance, AI literacy, and strategic communications.

Chantell is the founder of Leading, Laughing, & Learning, a consulting and thought-leadership platform focused on people-first leadership, sustainable systems, and responsible visibility. She helps leaders and organizations design systems that protect people, learning, and public trust, especially during periods of change. Chantell hosts the podcast Leading Out Loud and is the author of Capes Optional, Communication Essential, which reframes visibility not as self-promotion, but as a leadership responsibility.
