Brian Keith Moon, RICP, RSSA, CF2

Brian has been a Financial Advisor for close to 30 years. Starting in 1997 as an Insurance Agent, he worked for Edward Jones and AIG before starting his own company in 2006. As a financial industry veteran, he knows what works and what doesn't when it comes to planning and managing your retirement. As a specialist in Retirement planning, he has had advanced training in Social Security, Taxes, and Investments. Brian is a 50% owner of Toro Bravo Investment Advisors, LLC and is the Chief Compliance Officer and Managing Member.

Education and Designations- Brian earned a certificate for financial planning from Boston University in 2006. He has the following designations: Registered Social Security Analyst (RSSA), Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP), and Certified Financial Fiduciary (CF2). Toro Bravo is a 2026 winner of the Better Business Bureau Torch for Ethics award. (Amarillo). Brian was a 2026 finalist for Advisor of the Year from Investment News awards.
