Debra Davis is the author of the book entitled; Brianna's Dreams:I Just Want to know. She became an author for many reasons which includes, her personal childhood experiences and to motivate others to understand they can overcome any adversity in and after their childhood. Mrs. Davis also wrote a weekly devotional titled: Ex-Pimps, Players, & Thugs. This book gives motherly wisdom in the form of 52 weekly scripture-based devotionals to help encourage, inspire and empower those leaving behind a jagged past and are trying to walk an upright path. Debra received her formal education from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock where she receives two degrees; a Master of Arts in Counseling and a Master of Education in Adult Education. She also hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Work. She has also worked as an educational trainer through the Ecep program at the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. She currently serves on the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention serving on the nominating committee. Mrs. Davis is married with two children and her hobbies are learning new experiences and spending time with her immediate family members and her grandchildren.
