Blessing wrote her debut workbook - By Design, a guide to creating a career you love - to answer the question she hears most often from her clients: "How do I actually plan a career that lasts?" moving beyond generic advice, she provides the practical frameworks and strategic insight usually reserved for her coaching sessions.

When she isn’t leading consulting teams or writing, Blessing lives in Toronto, Ontario, with her husband. As a mother of a son currently in university, she has a front-row seat to the challenges the next generation of professionals faces and is passionate about equipping them with the tools to succeed.
