Gregory JL Thomas

A New Zealand born author with a vivid imagination for storytelling.

Originally from New Zealand, I now reside in Perth, Western Australia, where I work on the mines of far north WA .

My desire to write began at an early age though struggles with dyslexia made me hesitant. I decided to finally put pen to paper and have brought my thoughts, ideas and characters to life with The Crystal Skulls fantasy series. Initially meant to be one book, my characters took on a life of their own and it will eventually be a five-part series.

An immersive story of fantasy combines with compelling characters and a fast-paced narrative that captures the imagination.

Set in an ancient realm, it is a story of greed, control and one man's pursuit of the truth. At its centre, an Emperor's desire to find the crystal skulls and hold ultimate power, nations brought to the brink of war and a young boy with no name, destined to save the people.

My aim is to captivate my readers through not only storytelling, but with visually descriptive writing and a strong cast of integral characters that stir your emotions as events unfold.

I am thrilled to be sharing this work with you and invite you to take a deep dive into my world of fantasy writing.
