Dolly Daou

Dr Dolly Daou is an internationally recognised academic leader, design researcher, and educator with over 26 years of global experience across Australia, Europe, China, and the Middle East. She has held senior leadership roles including Program Director, and Research Centre Director, driving innovation in food design, interior architecture, and cross-disciplinary entrepreneurship. Dr Daou is a PhD-qualified researcher with an extensive publication record, and expertise in translating research and into real-life impact. Her leadership has advanced program accreditations, global alliances, and award-winning curricula. She is currently expanding her scholarly work through publications and was recently awarded Citizen of the Year (Melbourne) for her outstanding contribution to design education and community engagement and was the finalist for Kingston Community award, Women of Year (2024). Also the recipient of Al-Safeer Congress Ambassador's Award from Dubai Economy and Tourism. Fluent in English, French, and Arabic
