Thomas Siering is a songwriter and music producer. He is the founder of Sylvan Songs Records, whose artists include Rebecca De La Torre, Addi McDaniel, The 81s, and The Burning North. He was the executive producer of Strange Angels: In Flight With Elmore James, a critically acclaimed tribute album with tracks by Jamey Johnson, Sir Tom Jones, Warren Haynes, Billy Gibbons, Bettye LaVette, Rodney Crowell, Keb’ Mo,’ and others.
In addition to A Bridge Out Over the Sea, Siering is the author of The Tune Will Come to You at Last: A Memoir of Sorts; a collection of letters titled A Call From the Outside; two children’s’ books, It’s Only Going to Last for Awhile and I Saw an Osprey Today; and two books of poetry, The Eisenhower Tree and I’ve Been Waiting for You.
He lives in Florida with his wife.
