Becky Mollenkamp

Becky Mollenkamp is a feminist business coach for service-based entrepreneurs who want to build human-first businesses that honor collective flourishing over profit-at-all-costs growth.

Her work didn’t begin in coaching. Becky holds a master’s degree in communication and, for nearly 20 years she worked in journalism, first at a daily newspaper, then at Better Homes & Gardens, and later as a freelance writer and editor, before eventually moved into content marketing for large corporate clients. She spent a decade working inside the very systems she would eventually question.

Becky shifted to coaching more than a decade ago. Over the years, her work has been transformed by Black feminist thought, disability justice, and abolitionist frameworks. Through one-on-one coaching, podcasting, writing, and collective spaces, she now supports her entrepreneur clients in redefining success outside of white-supremacist capitalist patriarchal conditioning.

In addition to coaching, Becky co-runs Feminist Founders with Faith Clarke and the Messy Liberation Coaches Circle with Taina Brown. She also founded and runs the Feminist Podcasters Collective.

Becky lives in St. Louis, Missouri with her husband and son.
