Will Schutz

For over twenty years, Will Schutz Ph.D., taught and conducted research at Harvard, University of California at Berkeley, and University of Chicago, culminating in his widely known FIRO theory and the classic measuring instrument FIRO-B (now ELEMENT B: Behavior). Beginning with his best-selling book Joy, for the past 20 years he has been at the forefront of the human potential movement.
