Zanda Boggs

Zanda Boggs is a mental health counselor, university instructor, and writer dedicated to bridging ancestral wisdom with modern approaches to well-being. As an Aborisha in the Ifá tradition, she integrates spiritual insight with clinical expertise to support healing, resilience, and self-discovery.

She is the author of Ifá and Mental Health: Pathways to Balance, which explores how ancient teachings can inform contemporary mental health practice. Her forthcoming memoir, Whispers of Resilience: A Journey Through Shadows, releasing March 23, 2026, offers an unflinching account of survival, identity, motherhood, and spiritual awakening.

When she is not counseling clients or teaching, Zanda researches ancestral knowledge, remains active in her spiritual community, and raises her four children, who continue to shape her work and personal evolution.
