For more than 30 years, I built a career helping families achieve the dream of homeownership. While that work has been deeply rewarding, God was quietly leading me in a different direction.

For much of my life, I knew my Jewish heritage was an important part of who I was, but I never fully understood how it fit into God's greater story. Over the years, I searched for answers until I found them in Scripture, leading me to believe that Jesus (Yeshua) is the promised Messiah spoken of throughout the Hebrew Scriptures.

That discovery transformed the way I read the Bible. Instead of seeing the Old and New Testaments as separate stories, I began to see one beautiful, unified story of God's redemption unfolding from Genesis to Revelation. The more I studied, the more I realized that understanding the Jewish context of Scripture didn't change my faith—it deepened it and revealed the remarkable consistency of God's promises throughout His Word.

That journey led me to create and teach Jewish Roots of the Christian Faith. As I prepared each lesson, I searched for resources that presented biblical truth in a way that was historically grounded, engaging, and accessible. While I found many excellent books, I couldn't find the kind of study materials I envisioned—resources that encouraged people not only to read Scripture, but to slow down, reflect on it, write about it, and truly engage with God's Word.

So I began creating them.

What started as one Bible study grew into the Bible Notes Companion, the Teen Coloring Bible Study Series, and additional resources designed to help people of every age engage with Scripture in thoughtful and creative ways. Every resource published by Tree of Promise Press has grown from the same desire—to help people spend more time in God's Word and discover the richness, depth, and unity of the Bible.

Every illustration is thoughtfully created. Every study has been carefully researched. Every page is designed to encourage reflection rather than simply provide answers. We believe Scripture is not just meant to be read—it is meant to be explored, understood, and lived.

The name Tree of Promise reflects the heart of that mission. Throughout the Bible, God reveals Himself as a covenant-keeping God whose promises never fail. Like a tree planted by living water, we pray these resources help believers grow deeper roots in biblical truth and stronger faith for every season of life.

Whether you're joining one of our Jewish Roots studies, journaling through Scripture, or introducing the next generation to God's Word through our Bible study resources, we are honored to be part of your journey.

My prayer is that every resource we create will inspire you to slow down, open God's Word, and discover the beauty of His one unified story—from Genesis to Revelation.

Rooted in Truth. Growing in Faith.
