David Schroeder

David Schroeder is a children’s book author and the creator of Little Wave & His Magic Fish. Inspired by a lifelong love of surfing and a deep connection to nature, David set out to write a story that is fun for parents to read aloud while encouraging children to explore, respect, and care for the ocean.

After spending several years enjoying the point break waves of Southern California, David now lives on the seacoast of New Hampshire with his family, where the ocean continues to shape both his lifestyle and his storytelling.

Little Wave & His Magic Fish is David’s debut children’s book, and he looks forward to creating playful, rhyme-filled stories for many years to come.
