Michele Stoudt-Wright is an accomplished author, business coach, and community leader recognized for excellence in professional achievement and civic impact. She is the 2025 Big “R” Pacesetter Award recipient, honored for outstanding leadership and service across business, community, and Chamber initiatives.

As Executive Director of Keep Rowlett Beautiful, Inc., Michele leads a mission-driven nonprofit dedicated to environmental stewardship, education, and community engagement. Under her guidance, the organization continues to expand partnerships with local schools, civic groups, and city departments to promote sustainability, recycling, litter abatement, and pollinator-friendly beautification throughout Rowlett, Texas.

She is also the President and CEO of Square Coffee Pot, Inc., operating under the Top of the Morning to You (TOTM2U) brand, where she coaches leaders and organizations in strategic planning, mindset development, and transformation processes that align purpose with performance.

With more than 30 years of experience in the defense and aerospace sectors, Michele has held leadership positions in program management, procurement, manufacturing, and contracts. Her career includes work on major platforms such as helicopters, missiles, radar systems, software integration, and mission systems. Internationally, she has supported sales and offset programs in Germany, France, the United Kingdom, Turkey, Spain, and Japan, including notable contributions to the HARM Missile and Tornado Aircraft programs.

Her professional excellence has been recognized through numerous awards, including Dallas Business Woman of the Year (2014) from the Dallas Business Journal and the Cecil L. Covington Founder’s Award (2011) from the National Contract Management Association (NCMA) for her leadership, mentorship, and advancement of industry standards.

Michele holds a B.A. in Economics and Foreign Careers from Lehigh University and completed studies abroad at the University of Bonn, Germany. She has served on Lehigh’s Alumni Board and is a Past President of both the Dallas Alumni Chapter and the North Texas Chapter of NCMA.
